One of my favorite sneakers kills the scene with the Ode to Prince. Ladies and gentlemen, feel free to lick the soles (Joey Crack knows what I’m talking about) of the Reebok Insta Pump Fury dubbed Purple Rain. Niceness engulfs the room my friends, my closet welcomes the addition. First I need to pay this child support, then it shall be mine.
Only 84 pairs were made of this Swizz Beatz and Reebok Kamikaze sneaker set to be released this Friday, May 13th. The shoes are priced at 100 USD, with each shoe featuring a numbered tag, individually signed by Swizz Beatz. Only seven retailers in the United States will be getting the sneaker.

Bodega and Reebok are at it again, and this time they’ve chosen to put a campy twist on the classic Night Sky model. Inspired by adventure wear, the upper features a neutral-colored napped suede with bright blue accents, D-ring eyelets and thick, hiking-style laces. A natural gum outsole has also been added, giving it a more rugged, outdoor look. The sneaker set, priced at $135 USD, comes complete with a matching tee shirt and water bottle and will be available for purchase starting April 16 exclusively through Bodega. (Via…)
Its time to give the espadrilles a rest and get the Reebok Collabo of Callabos. Plus for you Gucci heads, it would be a nice touch to your Parisian swag, do we still use swag? I think we need a new word this summer. How about my aura (has in you can’t eff with my aura)?
This Reebok furry is a colabo with French sneaker boutique Shinzo. Being in one of the fashion capitals of Europe, Paris, of course they pick a color way of famous fashion company Gucci. This Furry has a mainly green upper with hits of red with a black mesh toe box. These will be releasing in the later half of April.
Fast fashion and trends are dominating the market right now and it has filtered into the sneaker scene as well. Not every collaboration has a well thought out concept and execution can be questionable at times. However Bodega and Reebok are dropping a bomb that have been brewing under the radar. Nicknamed the Cotton Mouth, the AXT sneakers are designed by Avenue Q actor Terry Blay. A special interview performed by SNEAKER FREAKER with Blay reveals the history behind his relationship with Bodega and it undoubtedly adds dimension to the collaboration. As far as the actual sneakers are concerned, it is a beige pair with vivid red inner lining. Perforated collar and gum soles accent the otherwise neutral color scheme and each pair is boxed with a Terry Blay mug, mints, lip balm, cologne and dress-up sticker pack. Keep Saturday, March 12th free if you plan to cop these limited kicks. (Via…)
The Outdoors look can mean many things, it could be earthy tones and boot design elements in a classic style. However, the look can take a brighter form inspired by a certain genre of outdoors gear. Reebok has chosen to go bright with this coming release of the Reebok Insta Pump Fury in a durable textile build in a colorway that mixes beige, blue and pink.
The inner lining is dressed in a design, which has Native American feel and possibly a wintery influence while the midsole is speckled. Tokyo based atmos is expecting to stock them later in the month.
