I have had a multiple months of dialogue with someone who was introduced to me as having a storied background of corporate achievement. We discussed several business ideas in detail. He sent me proposals for various deals from friends of his who are also on Linked inn. Researching the deals in detail… all deals offered were connected to scams run by the same folks at the same addresses but using other companies. Later checking the Linked Inn profiles of these people, I found all profiles, were clearly not disclosing the information I had found on these individuals. I decided to pull up the Linked inn of this person who I had been e mailing for several months. Amazingly seeing him boldly announcing himself as director of strategic development for a business operation that matched what I am engaged in. He went as far as announcing on his Linked inn that he had 10 operations engaged in Thailand in this business area. Totally false information, as he still lives in the USA abd us hoping to move to SE Asia, but admits to me that he has never traveled to Thailand. But on his Linked Inn – His Rap Sheet the story is very different.

Apparently Linked Inn does zero vetting. Looking and finding 6 for 6 profiles that are way off the mark for individuals…. It is clear Linked Inn, as a site is a snake oil pit. Quite honestly there may be many good profiles on the site, but finding 6 impostors in 6 detailed looks, is a pretty poor statistic.

Without injecting some credibility to a vetting system Linked in days are numbered.
